Joachim Herrn is Chief Legal Advisor to Norwegian Green Solutions (NGS), supporting global renewable-energy and IPP development, including in China, Croatia, India, Montenegro, and the United States. He focuses on utility-scale solar PV, hybrid solar-plus-BESS, and natural-gas-to-renewables transition projects. With expertise in cross-border M&A, project finance, and regulatory strategy, Joachim helps build bankable, ESG-aligned commercial structures. Previously, he spent nearly 16 years at GE HealthCare, including as Global General Counsel, Ultrasound, supporting the implementation of multi-billion-dollar transactions. He also advises Oslo-based startup ForestSync on AI-driven forest-asset intelligence and carbon-credit ecosystems.
Prof. Dr. Mohan Lal Kolhe is a full professor in smart grid and renewable energy at the Faculty of Engineering and Science of the University of Agder (Norway). He is a leading renewable energy technologist with three decades of academic experience at the international level and previously held academic positions at the world’s prestigious universities, e.g., University College London (UK / Australia), University of Dundee (UK); University of Jyvaskyla (Finland); Hydrogen Research Institute, QC (Canada).
Arvind Dewan qualified as a lawyer with Masters in Law from London. He has vast international experience in matters related to strategic collaboration, mergers & acquisitions. From London/ Berlin worked in multiple jurisdictions supporting global clients with funding, banking and commercialization strategies. Arvind has raised substantial funds from consortium of financial institutions and very high net worth family offices. He successfully signed PPA for 500 MW & secured collaborations with German & Swiss companies. Arvind is highly respected by his peers and has a global reach with his valuable network. Arranged an international conference in Berlin on NEW ENERGY SOURCES AND FINANCE.
Since 2008, he has conducted 150+ international certification courses, including ISO/IEC 27001, CISSP, CCSP, CSSLP, and ISO 27005 risk management, across countries such as Saudi Arabia, Tanzania, Ghana, Nigeria, Ethiopia, and South Africa. A published crime novelist fluent in English, he has also studied “Democracy and Rights in an Information Society” at the University of Oslo’s Centre for Legal Informatics, enriching his legal and ICT knowledge.

Himanshu Gulati is a sitting Member of Parliament in Norway and has held this position since 2017. He served as deputy minister to Prime Minister Erna Solberg in the PMO from 2014 to 2017 and has as Norway`s deputy minister of law and justice. He is also a
member of the Nordic Council Parliament.
He has been the co-founder and part of several initiatives, NGOs and foundations, including the Norwegian-Indian friendship association in the Norwegian parliament. Gulati has hosted several conferences in the Norwegian parliament, in particular to bridge the Scandinavian countries with the South Asia countries.
In 2019 Gulati was awarded the Indian diaspora award by the Indian President and Prime Minister of India at the Pravasi Bharatiya Divas in Varanasi, India. He has also been bestowed with an honorary doctorate degree from the Kalinga Institute of Industrial
Technology (KIIT) in Odisha, India.
He has travelled to more than 170 countries and directed an international arthouse feature film
With a bachelor’s degree in Technology Design and Management from NTNU and through various roles in the workforce, she has developed extensive expertise in user-centered design, product development, and entrepreneurship. She has worked on a variety of projects in digital technology, such as mobile applications and web-based solutions. Her strength lies in integrating product development with business strategies to create solutions that are both strategically anchored and capable of achieving specific business objectives.
Kristian Flaten has held CFO and senior finance positions in energy and renewables and was previously CFO of Quantafuel, SVP and Head of Oil & Gas in Eksportkreditt (Export Credit Norway) and a VP of BW Offshore. Prior to this, he has been a financial analyst in Handelsbanken, as well as holding senior roles in corporate consulting and media. Kristian Flaten holds a Master of Science from NHH (Norwegian School of Economics), with majors in Finance and Strategy.
