Vijay K. Sharma is a Chairman in Norwegian Green solutions AS ( Norwegian Solar AS ) (www.norwegiansolar.no) and in Norwegian Pure Energy AS. Both the companies are in Renewable Energy Projects around the globe. Recently signed 500 MW MoU in one of the states in India and also small projects with PPA and ready to built in India, Cyprus, Macedonia and Montenegro. NGS almost signed a JV to produce Bio Ethanol project in India, ready to built. NGS has also signed a JV with one of the biggest company of the world to be with us in Europe, Balkan countries and Ukraine. NGS is also planning a IPO in India or Norway in the coming 18-24 months.

Since moving to Norway in 1972, he has concentrated on cross-border trade and investment transactions between Norway and India, under the umbrella of his company Indo Scan Limited (www.indoscan.no), developed a large international business network including Middle East, Eastern Europe, South East Asia, Latin America and China.

His experience includes the formation of the Skinnmesteren Brand (www.skinnmestern.no), a very renowned chain of Leather Jackets with complete range of all related Leather Accessories, which has thirteen Retail Shops/ Outlets, located in Norway’s large Shopping Centers, in all big cities, from year 1983 til year 2005.

He was also responsible for organizing a EUR 400 million LOI, for a large scale LNG liquefaction facility, in Norway, for a total project of 3.5 Billion EURO.

His motive is now to serve and help his motherland, by identifying, accordingly complementing the business Demand & Supply needs at Global level.

He is also managing a Real Estate Business, in some Residential Projects in Norway.

He is the Founder Member & EX Governor of the Sanatan Mandir, Slemmestad, Norway. Is actively involved in the construction & making of another Sanatan Mandir, now in Oslo.
