Joachim Herrn is Chief Legal Advisor to Norwegian Green Solutions (NGS), supporting global renewable-energy and IPP development, including in China, Croatia, India, Montenegro, and the United States. He focuses on utility-scale solar PV, hybrid solar-plus-BESS, and natural-gas-to-renewables transition projects. With expertise in cross-border M&A, project finance, and regulatory strategy, Joachim helps build bankable, ESG-aligned commercial structures. Previously, he spent nearly 16 years at GE HealthCare, including as Global General Counsel, Ultrasound, supporting the implementation of multi-billion-dollar transactions. He also advises Oslo-based startup ForestSync on AI-driven forest-asset intelligence and carbon-credit ecosystems.
Dag R Abrahamsen is Experienced Business Executive with a demonstrated history of working in the management consulting industry. Skilled in International Management, International Business Strategy, Business Development, Strategy, and Strategic Communications. Strong business development professional, worked in Pharma/Biotech, Clean Water, Renewable Energy, IT, Financial Technology and Real Estate.
Since moving to Norway in 1972, he has concentrated on cross-border trade and investment transactions between Norway and India, under the umbrella of his company Indo Scan Limited (www.indoscan.no), developing a large international business network including the Middle East, Eastern Europe, South East Asia, Latin America, and China.
His experience includes the formation of the Skinnmesteren Brand (www.skinnmestern.no), a renowned leather jacket chain with a full range of leather accessories. The brand had thirteen retail shops across Norway’s major shopping centres from 1983 to 2005.
He was also responsible for organizing a EUR 400 million LOI for a large-scale LNG liquefaction facility in Norway, part of a total project worth EUR 3.5 billion. His current focus is serving his motherland by addressing global business demand and supply needs. He also manages a real estate business in various residential projects in Norway.
He is the Founder Member and Ex-Governor of the Sanatan Mandir, Slemmestad, Norway, and is actively involved in constructing another Sanatan Mandir in Oslo.

Deepak is the Managing Director and owner of Økonomi Regnskapsbyrå AS, a Norwegian licensed accounting firm with a head office in Oslo and support office in India. Aside from his accounting profession, he is engaged in Norwegian commercial and real estate construction and is an active investor in Swedish and Norwegian companies, including Norwegian Solar AS. Before launching his accounting practice, Deepak was MD and Finance Director of Scan Norge AS and the Skinnmesteren Group of leather garment retail stores.
